Zenmax SDN BMD

The Zenmax Company is one of the largest producers of fine gold jewelry in Malaysia.  Our products are very well received in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East.  We primarily produce 22 karat gold, with stone set items of high styling and quality.

Although we employ more than 100 stone setters, we had difficulty keeping up with the volume of stones we were required to set.  In addition, 22 karat gold is a troublesome metal to cast and rejects were high.  Costs were rising and we needed help to overcome these problems.

Mr. Weinraub was recommended to us.

In discussion with Mr. Weinraub we felt he understood our problems and would be able to help us out of our difficulties.

Mr. Weinraub taught us to set stones in wax, thereby reducing our labor costs by a full 90%.  Breakage of stones is now nearly zero.  He educated us to understand the importance of metal and flask temperature control, which alloys will give best results, how to invest properly and to produce castings with minimal defects.

Mr. Weinraub understood every problem and how to solve them.  He gave us a true education and it was a pleasure to work with him.

Although we were a small company, we realized that in order for us to grow, be competitive and remain profitable, we needed help in all phases of jewelry manufacturing.

Our designer introduced us to Mr. Jack Weinraub at a jewelry show and subsequently Jack helped us with the layout of casting, wax making and polishing departments.

Emwa

Emwa is a chain of eighteen fashionable jewelry retail stores in Mexico.

In order to produce exclusive designs for our established stores we decided to set up a manufacturing division.  The results, however, were very poor.  Quality was unacceptable and costs were too high. We asked our American supplier, Romanoff International, to recommend someone who could help us, and we were introduced to Mr. Jack Weinraub.

Mr. Weinraub spent two weeks at our factory in Mexico and taught us important techniques, recommended excellent equipment for our work and organized our thinking with practical methods that greatly improved quality and productivity

With lowered costs and better quality, we became confident enough of our abilities to enlarge our manufacturing premises and are now producing all types of jewelry products for ourselves and for major wholesale companies in Mexico as well.
